I was a student of his and took all of his anthropology courses at West Virginia Wesleyan when I was there from 1978-1982. He was a great professor and a very good man. I loved his sense of humor. I've been teaching at Morehead State in easter Kentucky and am friends with a colleague in biology whose dissertation chair had been a close friend and colleague.I had just been thinking of him. Condolences to his son and daughter and to their families years late.
