Marvin was my Dad’s first cousin. He always had a smile & was very kind. He told me a story a few years ago of when he was a young boy spending time with my dad, Wayne George.They were at their Grandma Hall’s house on top the mountain where she lived in Petersburg, WV. She put her fresh, baked bread on the window seal. They stored their milk in the spring water under the porch/house to keep it cold. The boys, I’m sure several of them, would grab a loaf of bread from the window seal, sit under the porch & eat bread & drink milk. They really loved their Grandma Hall. I just loved that story.
