Jim, Marilyn, Allison and Clyde were my second family growing up. Clyde treated me as a younger sister back then. As we grew up I remember Ali and I running Clyde’s paper route when he couldn’t, watching him date, meeting his first baby (who had a head full of hair!) then keeping up with him through Ali. I was able to see Clyde on and off at big life events (weddings, graduation parties) but remember reconnecting with him on FB. I could see how much Clyde was loved by his family and appreciated what a wonderful Godly dad he was. I pray for peace for Tricia and the kids, Jim, Marilyn and Ali. Hold on to the memories. Rest in peace Clyde.

Oh Clyde. How wonderful it must be to be gazing into the face of our Redeemer. I hope you give my dad a big for me and tell him how much we’ve been missing him. You are freed from your body. Thank Jesus for His promises.
Everyone else, He will never leave you nor forsake you. Even when nothing makes sense, He is good. And He will carry you when you haven’t the strength to walk.
Trust in the Lord with all your mind and lean not on your own feelings. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.

We are so sorry to hear of Little Clyde's passing. He was not only my Cousin, but He was a friend. He had a big heart and loved everyone. His Faith in Jesus was strong. I know He is in a better place and is no longer suffering. May God wrap His loving arms around the entire family during this time. Sorry we can't be there, but we send our love and prayers. Clyde, Our hearts break for your family as they grieve your passing... it is never easy for those left behind. But we are joyous as you get to meet your Saviour and walk with Jesus in the land where there is no more pain and suffering. We will survive here on earth striving to live so that we might meet again in Heaven. Sure we have questions and wish there had been more time to spend with you, loving you and telling you over and over how much we loved you. But you knew. With every sweet hello from every visit 'til those long goodbyes, you knew. And so did we. We will pick up the phone in the years to come and dial your number to ask for your help or how to do something and then realize you are not going to answer.....but we will sit down and talk with you anyway, knowing you are listening. And we will feel better. I know because I have been there. Clyde, my dad went to be with God 40 years ago next month and I have had all the feelings I mentioned. I'm writing this to you so that Zack, Abby and Jayme might not feel so alone right now. So they can still feel the love you still have for them because still to this day I talk to my Dad and know his love for me still is there. It's the faith we have in Jesus that allows us to still feel your love for us.
Blessings,
Uncle Ronnie.
