Dave was one of a kind. I got to know him when he did some much needed work at my home. I was told he didn't talk much and was a quiet man. At first he was quiet but then we started talking and laughing. He had some real great stories to tell. Even my dog Charlie wouldn't let him start work each morning without a couple of play time minutes.. He will truly be missed. RIP dear friend.

When Deanna shared with me a teaching position that has opened in Fluvnna over 30 years ago, I interviewed and accepted that poaition. We packed up and left our lives in Buckhannon and moves there for me to pursue a long sought after teaching position of students with severe disabilities. Tommy and I spent many years in Fluvanna Co. I owe much to Dave and Deanna for being me to VA and supporting us those years we lived there in Fluvanna Co. We send our deepest condolences and love to you all!
