Our deepest condolences to Rose and the family and their friends. Although our interaction with Dale was many years ago when we bought his home in Excelsior, we were taken with his friendly manner and honesty in the sale. We appreciated the care with which Dale and Rose kept the house and with the obvious pride they took in caring for the property. They made us feel welcomed into the community and confident that we'd made the right choice for our family. Quite simply, we liked and respected Dale.
