Dannie was such a fun loving spirit. I remember going out to his house with my Mom, Lillian Zirkle, he'd always make her laugh or roll her eyes at his foolishness she'd say. All of us kids loved visiting with him. Always full of energy. My brothers, Bruce and Lenny/Zane loved going out to his house taking the boat out and fishing. In those days he always kept the pond stocked. He was ornery and you never knew what he'd say next - but it was always with a smile. In the past 4 years he called me a few times. Checking up on me and my siblings. A good man; you will be missed.
