So sorry to hear about Shirley but thankful to know she has a home in heaven with all of our angels that have gone on before. What a reunion in heaven. Shirley was a wonderful, fun loving, big hearted woman who loved with her whole heart. My first "job" was babysitting for Shannon, Ben and Joey. What a learning experience.Shirley made me part of the family. (Larry helped). We didn't get to visit much in the past few years but our love remained strong. I will miss her and always think of her with lots of love and great memories. Please keep her spirit alive and keep growing in your faith so you can join her in heaven one day. Lots of love and prayers for all of you.

Our family will never quite be the same now. Aunt Shirley was the life of the party. She was such a hoot and I'm sure I speak for most of us neices and nephews when I say what wonderful, joyous times we had with her. Such great memories to cherish. Aunt Shirley was strong willed and had a big heart. My kids, Ellie and Ethan, always enjoyed visiting every summer and spending a few nights at Aunt Shirley's. One summer, Ethan and Dillon caught crawdads from the creek and asked her to cook them so they could taste them, and she did it! That was one of her favorite stories to tell that summer and only one of hundreds of memories! We love you and will miss you tremendously Aunt Shirley. But we know you are in a better place now, no longer suffering and I bet you already have Grandpa, Grandma and Uncle Dorn laughing.
To Uncle Larry and the kids, we love you and are here for you. I so wish I could be there with you all during this time. Love, Melissa, Eric, Ellie and Ethan.
