Ed Edwin was mY first officer capt on thd dcfd in my 22 yrs he was the one of the most courageous officers i ran across. In the dcfd. I had many great ones ledgands but ed was Imy first . Big strong brave a leader of men.he was reminiscent of the matine officers I served with.I have thought of Capt beer over the yrs and always wanted to jump in my truck and go visit sadly never did God bless ed you taught me what a fireman officer should be courage
