Obituary of Joyce Rose

Joyce Rose, age 66, of Buckhannon, WV died Friday, September 7, 2018, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. She was born February 22, 1952 in Washington, DC, a daughter of the late Charles Earl Raper Sr., and Margaret Caffrey Raper. On May 8, 1969 she married Jerry Rose who survives. Also surviving are one son, Michael Rose of Volga, WV; one daughter, Stephanie Rose of Melbourne, FL; five grandsons, Joseph, Tyler and Logan Rose all of Buckhannon, Dylan Rose of French Creek, WV and Sean Mohamed of Melbourne; four granddaughters, Alara and Courtney Rose both of Buckhannon, Erica Rose of French Creek and Carmen Cabrera of Melbourne; one great-grandson, Robbie Quici of Buckhannon and her beloved dogs, Roux and Daisy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Charlotte “Chucki” Elayne Federle. Mrs. Rose was a Hospice Nurse. In honoring her wishes Mrs. Rose will be cremated.
