To the Family of our Dear Aunt Gladys,
May you take great comfort in the wonderful life she lived and all those whose lives she impacted with her generous spirit. Let the memories of spending time together give you relief during this time of loss. And may her abundant love and collection of all things “pigs” give you a smile when you think of her. This is one of many things that made her special.
I remember fondly when she and my Grandma (Mabel) came to California for a visit. The two sisters were fun to be with and were like youthful girls touring Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and many more attractions. I am glad I got to spend time with Aunt Gladys in that way.
May God watch over all who knew and loved Dear Gladys during this important time of remembrance.
Sincerely,
Rosie Tinsley
Daughter of Tom and Trudy Wooddell

Blessings on your way, Gladys. I always had fun working with you at the Dairy Queen. You were light-hearted and sweet, and always quick to pick up on a little joke. Thank you for all you did for me. Thank you for always knowing where I was headed in life, even when I did not know it myself. I send my condolences to the family and friends of this lovely lady.

I remember working on the farm with Uncle Van and Aunt Gladys in my preteen and teenage years. I learned a lot from them.
My Mother and Aunt Gladys visited me in California while I was still in the Air Force and we visited Disneyland, Big Bear and other sites.
I am glad we had some time together and I will miss her.
My condolences to the family.

What a wonderful blessing to have had your mother for so many years. I remember you telling stories of her when we were in Deep Creek and, how grateful you were to be able to be so close to her. May God bless you and all who loved her with His peace that she is alive forever with Him.
