Brenda Kay Crouse, age 58, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, February 15, 2016 at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. She was born September 2, 1957 in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Raymond and Patty Ann Peck Chidester. On March 14, 2007 she married Terry Crouse who survives. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, Greg Scott Haymond of Canaan, WV and Joshua Smith and Ashley of Morgantown, WV; she was the guardian of Levi and Patience Cook both of Buckhannon; one brother, Steve Chidester and wife Bobbie of Canaan; three sisters, Carol Workman of Buckhannon, Kim Perrine and husband Dave of Gaines, WV and Sheila Chidester of Charleston, WV; sister in law, Carol Chidester of Buckhannon and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Crouse was a homemaker. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 1:30 – 3 PM at the Rock Cave Independent Baptist Church with a memorial service at 3 PM with Pastor David Jessie officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Rock Cave Independent Baptist Church. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
