She was born April 6, 1946 in Denver, CO, a daughter of the late Dayton A. Phillips and Ruth Reeder Osburn. She is survived by her husband, George Conrad of KY; three sons, Kevin Ware and fiancée Helene and Jeffrey Cale and wife Sara all of Buckhannon and John Edward Hull of Grafton, WV; one daughter, Lisa Lorraine Ware of Fairmont, WV; three grandsons, Daniel Cale of Buckhannon, Travis Osborne of Clarksburg, WV and Logan Hull of Philippi, WV; six granddaughters, Jade Ware and Chloe Cale both of Buckhannon, Ashley Napier of Huntington, WV, Allison Hull of Philippi and Savannah and Cheyanne Spears both of Charleston, WV; one great-grandson, Eli Kirk of Charleston; three brothers, Jack Howard of Florence, SC, Guy Howard of Grafton and Charles Adams and wife Juanita of Buckhannon; one sister, Lorraine Dillon of Independence, VA and her cats, Dixie and Squeak. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Kelly Suzanne Spears; one grandson, Thomas Ware and one brother, Russell Reeder. Mrs. Conrad was a homemaker, a member of the Ladies Aux. and a Methodist by faith. Friends will be received Monday, November 16, 2015 from 11 AM to 1 PM the funeral hour at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating.
