Obituary of Betty Jo Crites

Crites Betty Betty Jo Crites Betty Jo Crites, age 83, of Inwood, WV died Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. She was born November 13, 1930 in Upshur County, WV, a daughter of the late Vayden and Ruth Tenney Blake. On June 18, 1949 she married Darell Lee Crites who preceded her in death on March 3, 2011. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Cory Raymond Roberts; two brothers, Junior and Stanley Blake and one sister, Patty Mudge. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Mohile and husband, David of Leesburg, VA and Myra Kay Roberts and husband Richard “Rick” of Inwood; one grandson, Patrick Lee Mohile and wife Pam of Dania Beach, FL; one granddaughter, Crystal Leigh Zacharis and husband Larry of Inwood; one great grandson, Austin Zacharis of Inwood; two great granddaughters, Allyson Michelle Zacharis of Inwood and Emily Rae Ashton of Sterling, VA; one brother, John Blake and wife Faye of Trenton, TN and two sisters, Jean Hornbeck and Leota Rose and husband Mike all of Ashtabula, OH. Mrs. Crites was a Bookkeeper and a Methodist by faith. A graveside service will be held 11 AM Monday, September 22, 2014 at Big Bend Cemetery in Sago, WV with the Rev. Wease L. Day officiating.
