Issac Conard Issac Lee Conard Issac Lee Conard, age 85, of Buckhannon, WV died Friday, March 21, 2014 at Nella’s Nursing Home in Elkins, WV. He was born November 29, 1928 in Harman, WV, a son of the late Blaine and Dorothy Jones Conard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Delores Jean Stewart; one daughter, Jeannette Rose Conard; two step sons, Tom and Willy Workman; two brothers, William and Leo Conard and three sisters, Grace, Betty and Mary Ellen. He is survived by two step sons, Robert Workman and Mike Workman and wife Martha all of Buckhannon and one step daughter, Judy Workman of Buckhannon. Mr. Conard was a logger and served in the US Army. A graveside service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at the Union Cemetery in Parcoal, WV with the Rev. Foster Williams officiating.
