Obituary of Brian David Caynor

Brian David Caynor Brian David Caynor Brian Caynor, 36, died February 24, 2014 at his home in Boston, MA. He was born June 15, 1977 in Buckhannon, WV, the son of David and Bonnie (Carpenter) Caynor. He graduated from Buckhannon-Upshur High School in 1995, where he was active with the golf team and concert chorale. He graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in vocal performance. He participated in various activities including Concert Chorale, Concentus Vocum, Cameratta Appalachia, the Larry Parsons Chorale and was a member of Theta XI fraternity. Brian also performed in various local community theater productions. For the past 12 years, he was employed by Sapient, where he led facilities management for Sapient's 24 North American and European offices. Throughout his career, he worked in the Washington, D.C., New York, and Boston areas. On October 4, 2008, Brian married his soul mate Danielle D'Orsi, who preceded him in death on October 26, 2010. He is survived by his parents, David and Bonnie, and sister Kelley all of Buckhannon. He is also survived by his loving in-laws, Joseph and Lori D'Orsi, and grandmother-in-law Rose Levandoski, all of New Jersey, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends. Family will receive friends at Poling St. Clair Funeral Home on Saturday, March 1 from 4-8 p.m. with a funeral service following at the Sand Run Baptist Church on Sunday, March 2 at 2:00 p.m. An entombment service will be held at St. Gertrude's Cemetery in Colonia, NJ, on Tuesday, March 4 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Brian's memory to Friends of Music in care of West Virginia Wesleyan College Advancement Office, 59 College Avenue, Buckhannon, WV 26201.
