Sandra Kay Spencer Cornell
Sandra Kay (Spencer) Cornell…Our mother, “THE MOMO” and your friend was the hardest working woman you would ever know with the fiercest work ethic imagined. Sandra lived for her family, dedicated her life to her grandchildren and always had quick stern advice to the ones of us that dare ask her opinion. She loved her two little dogs and enjoyed all activities from the comfort of her favorite chair, playing solitaire and eating chips and dip, and watching television. She was the best friend, mentor and role model to so many that she encountered in her public life. She was a very private person who loved many but said few words to most. She had made the decision many years ago to become an organ donor. She will be giving the specific gift of sight as well as many other countless miracles we can only imagine. She will be missed and mourned, but would rather be celebrated, remembered fondly, and respected completely. The viewing will be a private family gathering. Friends will be received at the Buckhannon Moose from 12:00 --2:00pm November 1st, with a covered dish celebration of Sandra's 60 years in our world.
