Obituary of Delmar Glenn Perrine

untitled2 Delmar Glenn “Jack” Perrine Delmar Glenn “Jack” Perrine, age 83, of Buckhannon, WV died Thursday, March 10, 2011 at Louis A. Johnson V.A. Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV. He was born June 24, 1927 in Webster Springs, WV, a son of the late Henry and Pearl McCartney Perrine. On January 9, 1956 he married Ida Ellen Barker who preceded him in death on January 25, 2011. In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by one son, Jettes Eugene Perrine; two brothers, Elmer and Chester Perrine and four sisters, Adariene Casto, Sue Barnett, Wanda Curtis and Karen Perrine. He is survived by three daughters, Lorean Casto and husband Allen of Weston, WV, Sue Conrad of Weston and Vickie Howard of Buckhannon; two sons, Delmar Glenn “Jack” Perrine, Jr. and wife Mary of Century, WV and Patrick Anthony Wayne Perrine and wife Deanna of Buckhannon and fifteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren. Mr. Perrine was a coal miner and a Methodist by faith. He served in the US Army during WW II. At the request of Mr. Perrine, his body will be cremated and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
