Obituary of William Joseph Courtney

CourtneyWilliam William Joseph Courtney William Joseph Courtney, age 62, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, October 20, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. He was born August 3, 1946 in Buckhannon, a son of Lewanna Jean Courtney of Baltimore, MD. Also surviving are one step brother, Richard Michael Lowe of Baltimore; an uncle, John Richard Courtney of Buckhannon; an aunt, Pat Anderson and husband Ted of Joppa, MD and several cousins. Mr. Courtney was a Tele Marketer for Tele-Response Center, Inc. He was a member of the Towne Baptist Church in Joppa, MD. Friends will be received Wednesday, October 22, 2008 from 7-9 PM and Thursday from 10-11 AM the funeral hour at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home with Pastor Kenneth Anderson officiating.
