ClaypoolLoyal Loyal Wilson Claypool Loyal Wilson Claypool, age 85, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. He was born February 25, 1923 in Upshur County, WV, a son of the late Bernard and Mary Lane Claypool. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Leona Richardson Claypool and two brothers, Junior and Charles G. Claypool. He is survived by his 2nd wife, Barbara Diehl Claypool of Buckhannon; two sons, Richard Wilson Claypool and wife Virginia of Buckhannon and John Calvin Claypool and wife Crystal of Rock Cave, WV; one daughter, Christine Marie Rowland of Buckhannon; three sisters, Pauline Fornash of Deerborne, MI, Frances DeBarr of Parkersburg, WV and Jean Carpenter of Buckhannon; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mr. Claypool was the owner and operator of Claypool Lumber. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Christ in Elkins, WV and was retired from driving school bus in Upshur County after 21 years of service. Interment of Cremains will be held 2 PM Friday, April 25, 2008 at the Brown Cemetery in Crawford, WV. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Mr. Claypool’s name. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Interment of Cremains Friday, April 25, 2008 at 2 PM Brown Cemetery
