Obituary of Mary Lou Curtis

Mary Lou Curtis Mary Lou Curtis Mary Lou Curtis, age 53, of Buckhannon, WV died Sunday, October 8, 2006 at her home. She was born July 30, 1953 in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Charles Joseph and Elma Mae Canter Bowman. On August 15, 1971 she married Hayward Gene Curtis who survives. Also surviving are one son, Charles Curtis of Buckhannon; one daughter, Connie Curtis of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Icy Marie Curtis of Buckhannon; one grandson, Arey Louis Harman of French Creek, WV; two brothers, Michael David Bowman and Randy Joe Bowman both of Tallmansville, WV and four sisters, Bertha Ann Nuzum and Carol Marie Bowman both of Tallmansville, Roberta Lynn Green of Buckhannon and Patty Jo Booth of Virginia. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two brothers, David and Charles Bowman. Mrs. Curtis was a homemaker. Friends will be received Tuesday, October 10, 2006 from 4-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Tim Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery at Tallmansville. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
