Obituary of Neva T. Patterson

untitled1 Neva Triplett Patterson Neva Triplett Patterson, age 100, of York, PA and formerly of Buckhannon, WV died Saturday, June 5, 2010 at the Lutheran Village on Sprenkle Dr. in York. She was born October 31, 1909 at Beverly, WV a daughter of the late Randolph C. and Maude Lothery Triplett. She was married November 11, 1930 to Rev. Dr. Winfield Scott Patterson who preceded her in death on August 21, 1979. Also preceding her in death was a sister Pearl Moore. She is survived by one son, Joseph Ross Patterson and wife Joan of York; one daughter, Mary Joan Schenck of Sayville, NY; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Patterson was a homemaker, a member of the First United Methodist Church of Buckhannon, the United Methodist Women and the College Club. Friends will be received at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home Thursday, June 10, 2010 from 10-11 AM the funeral hour with the Rev. Billee Scott Mick officiating.
