Janet Delorse Booth Janet Delorse Booth Janet Delorse Booth, age 54, of Ellamore, WV died Thursday, April 30, 2015 in Buckhannon, WV at the home of her mother in law. She was born June 13, 1960 in Hemlock, WV, a daughter of Kathleen Tenney of Buckhannon and the late Robert “Pat” Tenney. On June 11, 1983 she married Burton Booth who survives. In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by one son, Kenneth Booth and wife Alice Green of Charleston, WV; one daughter, Kimberly Nice and husband Jason of Ellamore; two brothers, Phillip Tenney and wife Frances of Hemlock and Margel “Spike” Tenney and wife Mary of Tallmansville, WV; three sisters, Shelia Cottrill and husband Ronnie and Mavis Hoover and husband Donald all of Tallmansville, WV and Beverly Cutlip and husband Larry of Buckhannon; several nieces and nephews; mother in law, Janice Lantz of Buckhannon; one sister in law, Patricia Higham and Ray Eckes of Roanoke, WV; one brother in law, Bruce Booth and wife Michelle of Elkins, WV and a special aunt, Jocie Tenney of Buckhannon. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one brother, Sherman Nelson Tenney. Mrs. Booth was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Olive United Methodist Church at Hemlock. Friends will be received Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 PM Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Tristan Tenney officiating. Burial will follow in the Talbott Cemetery in Talbott, WV. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to help with funeral expenses.
