Paulette Crites Faye “Paulette” Crites Bellott Faye “Paulette” Crites of Arlington, VA departed this earth on Monday, November 3, 2014. Paulette was born on June 27, 1946. She was the second child and first born daughter of the late Paul Marvin and Bertha Elnora Hyre Crites of Rt. 3 Buckhannon, WV. Ms. Crites attended Upshur County Schools and graduated from BUHS with the class of 1964. A few days after graduating she bid her family and friends good-bye, and relocated to the Washington, DC area. She loved big city life and enjoyed living in the Nations Capital. She moved from DC across the Potomac River into Arlington, VA in late 1967 where she resided at the time of her death. Ms Crites worked as a receptionist for more than 25 years at various companies in and around Arlington, VA. Ms. Crites is survived by her loving husband, Robert Victor Bellott. The couple exchanged wedding vows in Cochabamba, Bolivia, South America on December 31, 1993. Robert is a native Cochabambiano. In addition to her husband, Ms. Crites is also survived by her two sons, Willard (Bill) C. Morgan, III, his wife Mary Jane Bennett, and their children, Christian Paul and Grace Elizabeth of Reynoldsburg/Columbus, OH, and Richard Paul Morgan and his wife Casey Marie McVay of Buckhannon. In addition to the above survivors Ms. Crites is also survived by her beloved sister, Marcia Doreen Crites and her husband Joseph (Joe) Shipman, and brother Thomas Wayne Crites and his wife Teresea Wagoner, and sister-in-law Josie Bond Crites all of Buckhannon, Rt. 3. She is also survived by nieces Evlyn Crites McLean, and Tiffany Wagoner, and nephews Joey Shipman, Jeff Shipman, Glenn Crites and Scott Crites all of Buckhannon. Surviving her in Cochabamba, Bolivia are Robert’s parents Sr. & Sra. Victor Bellott, brother-in-law Luis Bellott, and sister-in-laws Charo, Jeny and Gladys Bellott along with several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her infant daughter, Paula Kay Morgan, elder brother, Edwin Glenn Crites and niece Melissa (Missy) Ann Crites Butler. Paulette married Willard C. Morgan, Jr., son of the late Willard C. and Josephine Farrar Morgan of Buckhannon on August 1, 1964. They divorced in 1993. Friends will be received Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 2-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 10 AM Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Heavner officiating. Burial will follow in the Rocky Ford Church Cemetery in Buckhannon. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Rocky Ford UMC Cemetery Fund, 4130 Glady Fork Rd., Buckhannon, WV 26201. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
