John Allen Young, Sr. John Allen Young, Sr. John Allen Young, Sr., 72 of Brighton Twp passed away Saturday morning, March 8, 2014 at UPMC, Shadyside surrounded by his loving family. Born June 20, 1941 in West Virginia, he was a son of the late Sidney & Carrie Davidson Young and had been a resident of Brighton Twp. the past 39 years. John had retired in 2003 from Joseph J. Brunner, Inc., after 30 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Carol Jean Young, and 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Surviving are 2 sons, John Allen, (Beth) Young Jr., Greene Twp, Ronald (Dee) Young, Johnstown, PA, 2 daughters, Kimberly Tarzia, Ambridge, Alecia (William Phillips) Young, Grayson, KY, a sister, Sheila (Mark) Cogar, Buckhannon, WV, a brother, Bud (Juanita) Young, Hamilton, OH, 12 cherished grandchildren, Kristen (Dustin) Deem, Sara (Billy) Broskey, Caitlin, Britany, Ashley, and Matthew Young, Stephanie Young, Kylie Tarzia, Alexis, Jacob, Ethan, and Hayden Phillips, and 3 great grandchildren, Sarenity and Skyler Call, and Mason Deem. Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 in the Noll Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Third St., Beaver. Additional visitation will be held Wednesday from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 pm in the Salem Ridge Methodist Church, Rock Cave, WV.
