Phillip Blaine Wilfong, age 78, of Buckhannon, WV died Friday, February 5, 2016 at Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon. He was born August 22, 1937 in Upshur Co., WV a son of the late Wannetta Wilfong. Per Mr. Wilfong’s request he will be cremated. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
