Funeral Service Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at 2 PM Funeral Home Burial Heavner Cemetery Hazel Gladys Walton Hazel Gladys Walton, age 88, of Buckhannon, WV died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon. She was born July 3, 1926 in Upshur County, WV, a daughter of the late Charlie and Ada Sothen Campbell. On October 6, 1962 she married Roy Walton who preceded her in death on Feb. 3, 1988. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Louise Walton, Violet Wamsley, Rosie Gibson and Beda Queen and two brothers, Wilbert and Forest Campbell. She is survived by one daughter, Sheri Walton and fiancé Earl Perrine of Buckhannon; two sisters, Judy Beer and husband Ed and Juanita Adams and husband Charlie all of Buckhannon and one brother, Lafie Campbell and wife Norma of Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Mrs. Walton was an Avon Sales Rep. She was a member of the North Buckhannon United Methodist Church. Friends will be received Wednesday, July 16, 2014 from 12- 2 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Billee Scott Mick officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
