Obituary of William White

William White William Harold “Bill” White William Harold “Bill” White, age 70, of Buckhannon, WV died Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at his home under the care of St. Joseph’s Hospice in Buckhannon. He was born May 15, 1943 in Buckhannon, a son of the late Dory and Daisy Smith White. On April 30, 1972 he married Fern Sipes White who preceded him in death on November 8, 2011. In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by six sisters, Betty Smith, Nellie Edwards, Virginia Ruggles, Geneva Canfield, Avis McClead and Ruth White. He is survived by a special niece, Mary Harper and husband Robert of French Creek, WV; special caregiver, Juanita Andrews of Buckhannon; a nephew, Eddie McClead of Morgantown and several other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Mr. White worked in construction as a roofer. At his request he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
