Obituary of Derek William Wentz

untitled3 Derek William Wentz Derek William Wentz, infant son of Daniel Blaine Wentz and Amy Suzanne Reger of Buckhannon, WV. He was born and died on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal grandmother, Patricia Reger of Buckhannon; paternal grandfather, Chester Wentz of Buckhannon; paternal grandmother, Barbara Bake of Cottage Grove, OR; aunts and uncles, Marc and Renee Fuller, Francine Love, Jim and Nancy Jones all of Buckhannon, Bobby Reger, Brenda and Ed Syrek of SC and David and Christianne Wentz of Valdosta, GA; several nieces and nephews and several cousins. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather Foreman William Reger and uncle, Derek C. Wentz. Friends will be received Monday, July 16, 2012 from 10-11 AM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 11 AM Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Harry Cutlip officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
