PlymaleBetty Betty Lou Plymale Betty Lou Plymale, beloved wife, mother and grandmother went to her heavenly home at the age of 84 on Sunday, October 05, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. She was born August 11, 1924 in Kingmont, WV, the daughter of the late Carl and Flossie Vincent West. On November 28, 1942 she married Dixie Plymale who preceded her in death on May 11, 1993. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by; a daughter, Bonnie Plymale, four brothers, Marion West, Ray West, Ruben West and Richard West, two sisters, Louary Victo and Iris Thompson and one son-in-law, Richard Scott. Surviving are two sons; Clyde Plymale and wife Dora of Jefferson, MD and Gene Plymale and wife Patty of Buckhannon; four daughters; Dorothy Coontz and husband Eugene of Martinsburg, WV, Loretta D. Samples, Martha Scott, Margaret Rowan and husband Bill all of Buckhannon; and one sister, Frances Carlin of Fairmont,WV. Also surviving are 25 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Plymale was a homemaker and a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. Friends will be received Tuesday, October 7, 2008 from 6-9 PM at The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 11:00 AM at the church with Branch President Chad Plymale officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Lebanon Chruch Cemetery in Buckhannon.
