Obituary of Carl Burton Bailey

untitled3 Carl Burton Bailey Carl Burton Bailey, age 74, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, September 16, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. He was born August 22, 1939 in Buckhannon, a son of the late Walter and Lillie Mae Wilfong Bailey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers and one sister. He is survived by two daughters, Caron Bailey of Buckhannon and Carlet Blake and husband Jonathan of Big Otter, WV; two sons, Aaron Bailey and wife Suzanne of Clintwood, VA and Waylon Bailey of Arlington, VA; three granddaughters, Alexis and Breanne Blake both of Big Otter and Jordyn Bailey of Clintwood; three grandsons, Andrew Davis and Seth Bailey both of Clintwood and Tyler Blake of Big Otter and one sister, Pansy Dawson of Meridian, ID. Mr. Bailey was a coal miner. Friends will be received Tuesday, September 17, 2013 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mildred Endrizzi and the Rev. Dotti Seelback officiating. Burial will follow in the Bailey Cemetery in Buckhannon.
