Obituary of Retha B. Waugh

RethaWaugh Retha B. Waugh Retha B. Waugh, age 85, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, December 18, 2006 at her home under the care of St. Joseph’s Hospice of Buckhannon. She was born March 17, 1921 in Webster Springs, WV, a daughter of the late Oley and Donna Sears Williams. On July 10, 1948 she married John C. Waugh who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Shirley Hudak of Buckhannon; one grandson, John Paul Hudak of Buckhannon; one brother, Eugene Williams of Buckhannon and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and Corbet Williams. Mrs. Waugh was a homemaker and a member of the Liberty Baptist Church of Buckhannon. Friends will be received Friday, December 22, 2006 from 6-9 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Beryl McKisic officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Dale Church Cemetery at Selbyville, WV.
