untitled3 Shirley Jean Bailey Shirley Jean Bailey, age 64, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. She was born March 10, 1949 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Robert and Hazel Morrison Howe. She is survived by two daughters, Paula Wilkinson and Linda Sue Swank both of Buckhannon; three grandsons, Joey Wilkinson and Cody Gibson both of Buckhannon and Dustin Elliott of Canton, OH; five granddaughters, Brittany Wells and husband Joseph of Suffolk, VA, Courtney Wilmoth and husband Bruce and Rachel Wilkinson all of Buckhannon, Kailey Krach and Jessica Elliott both of Canton; one great granddaughter, Halee Wilmoth of Buckhannon; four great grandsons, Joseph Wells, Jr. and Jareth Wells both of Suffolk, Jerimah Wilmoth of Buckhannon and Kayson Ward of Canton; two sisters, Donna Marley of Waynesboro, PA and Kathy Morne of Washington, PA and one brother, Richard Howe of Bulger, PA. Mrs. Bailey was a homemaker. Friends will be received Sunday, July 21, 2013 from 12 noon until 2 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home.
