LaVerne Elizabeth Virgili, age 69, of Buckhannon, WV died Sunday, November 23, 2014 at her home. She was born February 12, 1945 in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of the late William and June Bailey Michaels. She is survived by two daughters, Candi Wesner-Nice of Buckhannon and Sheri Cyrus of Ashland, OH; two granddaughters, Patricia Carpenter and Kristina Smith and husband Robert all of Buckhannon; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Wayne Michaels and wife Pat and Jerome Michaels all of OH and one sister, Charlene Michaels of OH. Mrs. Virgili was a Machinist for Garbers. Friends will be received at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home on Saturday, November 29, 2014 from 12 Noon – 1 PM the funeral hour with the Rev. Ed Lowther officiating. Burial will follow in the Buckhannon Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
