He was born December 30, 1946 . He is survived by a friend, Beth King and husband Mike of Buckhannon. Lowell was an avid nature and animal lover. He enjoyed church and quick to remind you… “God’s Watching.” Bring smiles to everyone’s life that he came in contact with. Lowell leaves behind many close and dear friends, whom he cherished. He also leaves behind his roommates Fred and Herb and two pets Coco and Rite a way that he truly adored. Our joys will be greater, Our love will be deeper, Our lives will be fuller, because we shared your moment. Friends will be received Wednesday, Jun 19, 2013 from 1-2 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2 PM Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Ronald M.
