Obituary of Terri Lee Murphy

Terrie Murphy Terrie Lee Murphy Terrie Lee Murphy, age 63, of Lost Creek, WV died Sunday, March 13, 2016 at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. She was born November 23, 1952 in Buckhannon, WV, a daughter of the late Benjamin H. and Thelma Louise Beckner Harvey. On August 5, 2002 she married Roy M. Murphy who survives. Also surviving are one son, William “Bill” Light and wife Tonya of Asheboro, NC; one daughter, Jonnie Bailey of Buckhannon; two grandsons, Dillon Light of Asheboro and Lane Bailey of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Macey Light of Asheboro; five brothers and her beloved dog, Gracie. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Autumn Light. Mrs. Murphy was a Process Technician for Weyerhaeuser. Friends will be received Friday, March 18, 2016 from 5-6 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home with a memorial service to begin at 6 PM. In lieu of flowers Mrs. Murphy has requested that donations be made to Pet Door Rescue 350 S. Tenney Dr., Buckhannon, WV 26201 or www.facebook.com/petdoorescue.
