TinneyRichard Richard L. Tinney, II Richard L. Tinney, II age 18, of Buckhannon, WV died as a result of complications of cystic fibrosis on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at his home. He was born on September 28, 1990 in Weston, WV a son of Richard Tinney of Buckhannon and Shirley Howes Tinney of Buckhannon. In addition to his parents he is survived by two sisters, Reanna Casto and husband K.C. of Crosslanes, WV and Veronica Tinney and fiancé Michael Hinchman of Buckhannon; two special brothers Scott Henry of Uniontown, PA and Raymond Tinney of Buckhannon; two nephews Alex Casto of Crosslanes and Leeland Hinchman of Buckhannon; one niece Kaylee Weaver of Buckhannon; maternal grandparents Franklin and Virginia Howes of French Creek, WV; paternal grandparents, Ralph and Connie Tinney of Fairmont, WV and paternal grandmother Clara Parsons of Fairmont. Richard was a student at Buckhannon-Upshur High School and was a champion child for the Children’s Miracle Network in 2005. Friends will be received Friday, April 24, 2009 from 10-11 AM the funeral hour at the Way Of Holiness Church with Pastor Jerry Murrell officiating.
