ThomasJeremy Jeremy J. Thomas Jeremy J. Thomas, age 19, of French Creek, WV died Thursday, March 20, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon, WV. He was born May 29, 1988 in Clarksburg, WV, a son of Jeffrey Jay Thomas of Fairmont, WV and Lana S. Eddy Luby of French Creek. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a step father, Kenneth Luby of French Creek; one brother, James Eddy of French Creek; one sister, Rachael Thomas of Huntington, WV; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Eddy of Shinnston, WV; paternal grandmother, Judith Mayfield of Metz, WV and fiancé’ Clarissa Sutphin of French Creek. Jeremy was a rig hand for Nexus Oil & Gas Company. Friends will be received Sunday, March 23, 2008 from 10 AM – 2 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Sunday at the funeral home with the Rev. Wease Day officiating. Burial will follow in the French Creek Memorial Gardens at French Creek.
