Bert Spencer Stewart Bert Spencer Stewart Bert Spencer Stewart, age 82, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at the Golden Living Center in Morgantown, WV. He was born November 17, 1931 in Buckhannon, a son of the late Lloyd Charles and Lila Lewis Stewart. He is survived by one sister, Barbara Alston of Dundalk, MD; special cousin, Joan Blue of Morgantown and several other cousins. Mr. Stewart was a Construction Supervisor.
