Obituary of Judy Vincent Shaver

untitled2 Judith Ann Shaver Judith Ann Shaver, age 65 of Bridgeport, WV died Thursday, December 29, 2011 at her home in Bridgeport. She was born November 23, 1946 in Pickens, WV a daughter of the late William L. and Eileen M. Wasmer Vincent. On May 18, 1968 she married R. Steven Shaver who preceded her in death on August 4, 2006. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother, William P. Vincent. She is survived by one son S. Michael Shaver and wife Cindy of Bridgeport; two granddaughters Anna and Claire Shaver both of Bridgeport; two brothers, Donald “Skip” Vincent and wife Sue and Gregory “Buddy” Vincent and wife Linda all of Buckhannon; one sister Sue Dean and Husband John of Lake Wales, FL and one sister in law Judy Vincent of Buckhannon. Mrs. Shaver was a homemaker and a generous donator to the make a wish program. Friends will be received Sunday, January 1, 2012 from 5-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or to the Make A Wish foundation of Northern WV.
