Spaur Roberta E. Spaur, age 78 of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, November 28, 2011 at Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon. She was born April 12, 1933 in Crawford, WV, a daughter of the late Guy and Georgia E. McQuain Wilson. On October 4, 1958 she McCutchen Spaur, who preceded her in death on March 13, 2006. Also preceding her in death are two brothers. She is survived by one son John Michael Spaur of Buckhannon. Mrs. Spaur was a secretary and bookkeeper for the Tire Center in Tennerton, WV. She attended the Sand Run Baptist Church in Excelsior, WV. Friends will be received from 12-2 PM on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Poling-St. Clair funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM on Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Tim Lewis officiating. Burial will follow at the McCutchen Chapel Cemetery in Ireland, WV.
