Funeral Service Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 1 PM Funeral Home Burial Orlando Cemetery in Lewis County Betty L. Stout Betty L. Stout, age 75, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, July 12, 2011 in Wellsburg, WV. She was born October 16, 1935 in Lewis County, WV, a daughter of the late William Layton and Bertha Mick Riffle. On October 18, 1953 she married Roy L. Stout who preceded her in death on November 8, 2001. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Riffle and one sister, Freda Vankirk. She is survived by three daughters, Cheryl McKisic and husband Timothy of Buckhannon, Kim Stout of NC and Royce Belcher and husband Avery of Akron, OH; one brother, Dana “Bud” Riffle and wife Jo Ann of NC; one sister, Doris Snyder and husband Jack of Wheeling, WV; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Stout was a member of the Ladies Aide, a volunteer for the Hospice Organization in Wellsburg, WV. She was a member of the Mt. Herman United Methodist Church and worked for Terry Gould’s Accounting Service. Friends will be received Saturday, July 16, 2011 from 12 Noon until 1 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Calvin McCutcheon officiating. Burial will follow in the Orlando Cemetery in Lewis County.
