Obituary of Gary Marion Samples

untitled1 Gary Marion Samples Gary Marion Samples, age 58, of Rock Cave, WV died Sunday, April 18, 2010 at his home. He was born June 9, 1951 in Buckhannon, WV, a son of the late Marion and Edna Burnside Samples. On December 27, 1986 he married Sally Ann Swiger, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Travis Scott Samples of Rock Cave and Gary “Wayne” Samples and wife Trina of Medina, OH and two granddaughters, Kayla and Daisy Samples, both of Medina. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil and Glenn Samples. Mr. Samples was a Christian by faith. Friends will be received at the Salem Ridge United Methodist Church on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 from 12 Noon until 2 PM the funeral hour with the Revs. Dan and Sue Lowther officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help with the funeral expenses.
