Heaven’s gain is our loss. There are no words that would describe the love she had for church, family, and others. Most of all, the love she had for her son Rodney. She would have given up her life for him. She loved cooking, collecting buttons, yardsaling , and giving to others. A million thanks to her daughter-in-law, Virginia, who gave up so much with love to be a caretaker for her. We couldn’t have done it without her. Our hearts are broken, until we meet again – love and miss you. In honoring Leona’s wishes she will be cremated, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
