Levi Owen Welch, infant son of Howard Welch and Shaina Collins of Buckhannon, WV. Passed away unexpectedly on July 13, 2024, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Brycen Collins of Buckhannon; one sister, Angel Briggs of CO; maternal grandparents, Melissa and Randy Collins of Buckhannon; paternal grandfather, Robert Sullivan of NC; uncle, Matthew Sullivan of NC; aunt, Taylor Collins of Buckhannon and a close family friend, Cathy Baker of Buckhannon. In honoring the families wishes, Levi will be cremated. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
