Pamela Sue Hyre, age 71, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the WVU Medicine United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. She was born February 2, 1953, a daughter of the late Robert H. Sprouse, Sr., and Augustine June Queen Sprouse. She is survived by one son, Scott Wilson and fiancé Amanda Hamrick of Buckhannon, WV; one daughter, Tina Ruthann Couch and husband Charles of Fayetteville, NC; five grandchildren, Tamara Couch and companion Brandon of Fayetteville, Bobby and Nathan Couch both of Fayetteville, Deven Wilson of Buckhannon and Megan Norris and husband Michael of Culpepper, VA; three great-granddaughters, Magnolia and Maren Norris both of Culpepper and Kinsley Couch of Fayetteville; two brothers, Robert H. Sprouse, Jr. of Elkins, WV and Timmy Sprouse; one sister, Cheryl Lee of Buckhannon; friends, MaryAnn Gray of Winchester, VA and Kem Heater of Buckhannon; her beloved dog, Bella; cat, Fuzz and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
