Cindy, I’m so very sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. He was a great young man that left this little neighborhood way to soon. I can sit and reminisce from my childhood of him and my brother Charley Eubank playing and riding bikes in the neighborhood. Joe was a great young man I always enjoyed running into him as he always ask how my family was. My mother said she is lost for words and that you all will definitely be in our thoughts and prayers for days and years to come.
0I have so many memorable times that we shared together that I could tell a "Joe" story everyday and never get tired of telling them!
