My memories of Charles would have to be back in the late 1950's, where I would usually see Charles and Earl Dee Edgell,at Bob Stell's Skateland, having a very good time. In more recent years, I would see Charles and Juanita at different places around Buckhannon.. I always loved talking with both of them. Sending deepest condolences to all Charles' family and friends.
