Howard Neil Barnhart, age 84 of Elkins, WV, died Saturday, July 22, 2023, at Nella’s at Autumn Lake Healthcare in Elkins. He was born March 5, 1939, in Ten Mile, WV, a son of the late Brady W. and Goldie L. Hoover Barnhart. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Albert A. Barnhart and one sister, Vonda Perkins. Mr. Barnhart was a knife shaver and a Christian by faith. Mr. Barnhart will be cremated. Online condolences may be made at www.polingstlclair.com.
