Vickie Jean Carbaugh

March 20, 1956 — July 6, 2023

Vickie Jean Carbaugh, age 67, of Middle River, Maryland passed away on July 6, 2023, at Franklin Square Hospital in Rosedale, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Doris (McIntosh) McDonald. Vickie was a kind and loving person with a great sense of humor and a pure heart. She was a compassionate person who was always willing to help others and was always there for her family and friends. She was a selfless giver, and she always put others before herself. Vickie was a devoted mother, a wonderful sister, grandmother, aunt, and true friend, who would always lend a helping hand. She will be remembered for her kindness, her generosity, her love of life, her passion for animals, and her love of shopping. Vickie will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Vickie is survived by her three sisters, Lori Hines, Beverly Wells, and Patricia Roberts; three grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, and Tiffany Carbaugh; six great grandchildren, and her extended family and friends. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Harold and Doris (McIntosh) McDonald; her son, Charlie Carbaugh; her daughter, Angie Hanshaw; and her best friend, Linda Stalsby. Vickie will always be in our hearts. She was a light in the world and her presence will be forever cherished. Friends will be received Monday, July 17, 2023 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 PM Monday at the funeral home.
