Obituary of Blanche Lucille Mullins

Blanche Lucille Daniels Mullins, born to Archie and Mary V. Dove Daniels on May 31, 1944, in Montgomery County, MD, transitioned from this life on December 18, 2022, in Rock Hill, SC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior E. Mullins; two grandsons, JR and Brad Bailey; five brothers and two sisters. Surviving are two sisters, Florence Murphy and Charlotte Kirkpatrick of MD; six children, Donna Bailey and husband Allen of Buckhannon, Patty Teter and husband Tim of York, SC, Carol Smith and husband Chuck, Mary Hull and Bradley Perry, Floyd Mullins and wife Joy and Joshua Mullins all of Buckhannon; 11 grandchildren, Kim Carson, T.J. and  Patrick Teter, Charlie and Chris Smith, Kate Opferman, Eleni, Brant and Gabby Mullins and Nora Mullins; six great grandsons, Cody, Colin and Mason Bailey, Haldan Carson and Tucker and Clyde Smith. Our Mother considered her “greatest accomplishments” to be her six children. “Mom, we will all strive to live up to that. Thank you for loving us and setting the foundations for us all to build upon. We will carry you with us in our hearts wherever we go. Until we meet again some glad morning. In lieu of flowers, our mom would rather you do a kind deed for someone in need.” A graveside service will be held 2 PM Friday, December 23, 2022, in the Beechtown Cemetery in French Creek, WV.
